1. The homework before, the upper and lower two electrodes of the oil should be removed. After electrify, the body shell should have no leakage.

2. Before the start, should be through to the control circuit to open production and welding current switch, adjust the number, then turn on the water, air, finally through to the power supply.

When 3. Electric welding machine, check the electrical equipment, operating mechanism, cooling system, pneumatic system and the body shell with and without leakage. Electrode contact should keep bright and clean. A leakage, should be replaced immediately.

4. The homework, pneumatic, water cooling system should be open. Gas should be kept dry. Drainage shall not exceed 40 ℃ temperature, displacement can be adjusted according to the temperature.

5. It is strictly prohibited in the ignition circuit fuse. When the load is too small to make arc ignition tube can't occur, shall not be closed ignition circuit control box.

6. When the control box discontinued for a long time, every month should be electric heat for 30 min. The replacement should be preheated thyratron 30 min. The preheating time of normal work of the control box shall not be less than 5 min.

7. The welding operation and cooperate with staff must wear labor protection articles according to the rules. And must be taken to prevent electric shock, fire and falling, gas poisoning accidents of safety measures.

8. The use of electric welding machine, should have waterproof, moistureproof, prevent bask in the hangar, and shall furnish corresponding fire equipment.

9. High altitude when welding or cutting, must fasten your seat belt, welding around and below the fire protection measures should be taken, and shall have the specialist care.

10. When remove seam welding slag, should wear protective glasses, head to avoid tapping slag splash direction.

11. Rainy days may not be in the open electric welding. In wet area operations, the operator should stand in the items covered by insulation, and insulation shoes should a man wear.
